Giuseppe Caso expressed great satisfaction after confirming that his stay in Modena has been extended. In the interview released by Parlandodisport, the winger said that he is in the right place to continue his rise and that he is ready to help reach the team's ambitions in Serie B. "I am very happy with the renewal," he said, while mentioning that since he arrived in Modena, he felt the trust and support of the club. Caso also specifically praised Modena's new training center, which he called a big step forward for the organization. He described this modern facility as allowing the team to further hone their daily work. According to him, he didn't spend much time at the old facility in Zelocchi, and that's why it felt special to get a first-hand look at the club's new home. The team is also looking forward to a full transition to “Il Nido,” which is expected to help prepare better amid the intense league schedule.

In Caso's view of the course of the season, he emphasized that Modena's identity is clear: they want to control the flow of the match and impose their style against any opponent. Apart from a difficult first half against Benevento, he feels they could have added a few more points. However, he said, more important is how they finish the campaign. Caso is also confident of Modena's wealth of attacking options—their players are so diverse up front that they find a way, especially when the opposition's defense is up. When the defensive wall is crowded, he admits space is more of a challenge, but he believes they become more dangerous when the backs have space. Caso also pointed out the good relationship between him and coach Galloppa. They said they often talk and together with the coaching staff, they use videos to identify details where he can improve. They will also use the break in the calendar to build up confidence and condition, while gradually getting to grips with the new training centre. Regarding his partnership with fellow attacker Ambrosino, Caso said their connection is natural and they adapt depending on the demands of the match. He also admitted that last season the system was not in his favor, but that's part of football and it's more important to keep learning. As for the personal target, he did not set an exact number of goals. As a winger, his shooting record is good and he will be looking to maintain that—a positive sign that he can contribute significantly to Modena this season.

What's next

Modena are expected to continue to promote their style of play for the rest of the season, with Caso key to their attack. His partnership with Ambrosino is expected to be vital in creating chances on offense. With the move to the new facility, a higher level of training and preparation can be expected for the next matches in Serie B.
