Context

ALIرضا بيرانوند, a well-known goalkeeper in Iran football, currently has a contract with Tractor FC. His previous talks with Esteghlal emphasized his interest in joining the team, but his current situation is complicated by statements and relationships with his former teammates such as Mohammad Khalifeh.

Why it matters

The situation of عليرضا بيرانوند is important not only for him but also for the supporters of Iran football. His possible move to Esteghlal could cause tension at his current club Tractor, especially since there have already been talks between the goalkeeper and Esteghlal. This decision may affect his reputation and relationship with fans.

Key Points

• Haghamohammadi: Beiranvand Shouldn't Take It Easy.
• Mohammadamin Haghamohammadi, a former teammate of Beiranvand, emphasized that it is important for the Iranian goalkeeper to choose the right time and method if he is to move to Esteghlal, especially since he still currently has a contract with Tractor.
• حاج‌محمدی: بیرانوند برای سهراب مشل رامین است! | سرة سه.

Mohammadamin Haghamohammadi, former Esteghlal player and one of Alireza Beiranvand's teammates in Naft Tehran, expressed his opinion about the issue of Beiranvand's possible transfer from Tractor to Esteghlal. In the interview, Haghamohammadi stated that Beiranvand should be careful with his decisions especially since he currently has a contract with Tractor FC. According to Haghamohammadi, he and Beiranvand have been friends for a long time but since the goalkeeper released a statement on social media regarding an issue that involved a prominent football person, they are said to have become friends. He added that some of them have experienced such a situation where there is tension between the fans and the player because of the decision to change clubs. Haghamohammadi also recounted that Beiranvand had always been interested in joining Esteghlal and that the goalkeeper had already spoken to the team's management. However, due to Mehdi Rahmati returning to Esteghlal, the transfer of the current Tractor goalkeeper did not go through.

Haghamohammadi believes there is still a chance for Beiranvand to join Esteghlal but insists it must be done in time. "If you ask me, it's not too late. But he should respect his current contract and avoid getting into trouble with Tractor or their fans," Haghamohammadi said. "It's better to think about every move you make especially since the matter of moving is so sensitive." Haghamohammadi also referred to past events that served as a lesson for Esteghlal, including the controversy that occurred with Ramin Rezaeian back then. Haghamohammadi wishes that such a situation does not return, and if the transfer does happen, I hope it will be done in the right process. As for the selection of the next main goalkeeper, he said he has confidence in Mohammad Khalifeh from Esteghlal's youth academy. He said, it can last and provide good service to the team for up to 10-12 years if given the chance. However, he admitted that he still admires Beiranvand's quality and experience as Iran's top goalkeeper. At the end of the interview, Haghamohammadi explained his loyalty to Esteghlal, recalled the times he made a great contribution to the club, and reminded young players to be wise in making decisions in their careers, especially in front of big Iranian clubs like Esteghlal and Persepolis.

What's next

It is expected that talks regarding the Beiranvand transfer will continue, but it should be done at the right time according to Mohammadamin Haghamohammadi. If Beiranvand were to go ahead with the move, he would need to honor his contract with Tractor and avoid misunderstandings with his supporters. The next steps could explain his future at Esteghlal or stay at Tractor.
