The performance of the Oranje was filled with interest and praise from Mundo Deportivo, which immediately revealed new ideas from their Spanish coach. It wasn't a perfect day for Serbia, and much credit was given to the way Xavi led the way. From start to finish, the Netherlands dictated the game. Despite the efforts of the Serbs to hinder the opponent's offense and stop the quick attack, the Oranje managed to overcome the pressure and still took the initiative. One of the features of the match was the natural directness of the Netherlands' game today.
