Celtic again in talks with Qarabag for Camilo Duran — transfer roundup in Scotland
Celtic target Qarabag's Camilo Duran as first summer signing after turning down initial £1.7m; The asking fee is expected to be around £3m. The moves also include Rangers, Aberdeen, Dundee, Hearts and St Mirren.
Celtic's push to sign 24-year-old forward Camilo Duran from Qarabag continues, after an initial offer of £1.7m was rejected. The Azerbaijani champions' asking fee is around £3m and both camps are hoping an agreement can be reached, potentially becoming Celtic's first summer signing.
Inside Parkhead, Celtic have completed a one-year deal for 32-year-old midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who has also been eyed by various European clubs. Celtic are also targeting Tottenham Hotspur's 21-year-old Alfie Devine, following his impressive loan spell at Preston North End last season.

- Robbie Ure (Sirius): The 22-year-old admits that many clubs are interested in him and it is difficult to refuse a big offer from Europe; among those watching are Lyon and Hoffenheim. Ure made a splash in Sweden after scoring four goals against champions Mjällby.
- Mikey Moore (Tottenham Hotspur): Spurs have announced that the 18-year-old winger will be on loan again next season. There is interest from the Bundesliga and Eredivisie after his loan stint at Rangers last time.
- Rangers: Confirmed that they have held talks with Atalanta for Nicolas Raskin. More than £17m is the expected price and any talks are likely to move only after the World Cup. It has also been reported in France that Lyon are preparing an offer of less than £17m for Youssef Chermiti, a far cry from Rangers' £25m valuation of the 22-year-old striker. Troyes' Stephane Dumont has admitted that there is a possibility of player exits this summer, in relation to Rangers' interest in Sankhoun Diawara.
- Dundee: The signing of 25-year-old Slovenian midfielder Zan Besir is close to being closed following his departure from Primorje. Having been reduced in central defense (Luke Graham, Billy Koumetio and Clark Robertson have left), Aaron Donnelly is likely to stay even if he is first allowed to find a new club.
- St Mirren: 30-year-old midfielder Stevie Mallan is on trial after leaving promoted St Johnstone. Refused the new contract
striker Mikael Mandron, who is currently being looked at by Leicester City and Charlton Athletic.
- Hearts: Forward Sabri Guendouz has confirmed he turned down AZ Alkmaar and clubs in Saudi Arabia, Sweden and Belgium before signing for Hearts.
- Aberdeen: The Dons get a five-figure sell-on from Duk (Cape Verde)'s move from Leganes to Atlas. They are also close to recouping the bulk of the £400,000 they paid for Nicolas Milanovic, who is targeting a return to Australia and is nearing a deal with his former club.
- Ayr United: Dundee United are targeting loan deals for two 19-year-olds — striker Owen Stirton and defender Charlie Dewar — amid interest from other Championship sides.
- Doncaster Rovers: Made a move for 21-year-old goalkeeper Josh Clarke despite having a pre-contract with Partick Thistle at the end of his Celtic deal.
- Celtic youth: Celtic beat several English clubs to sign the first pro deal of Warren Lyall, 16, a goalkeeper from Dundee. This is matched by the corresponding compensation for Dundee.
- Chelsea/Hearts: Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign 17-year-old centre-back Alfie Osborne from Hearts, who will receive six-figure compensation.
- Rangers youth: Arbroath, Stenhousemuir and East Kilbride are interested in a loan for 18-year-old right-back Alexander Smith.
