Inter and Lazio, according to a report by Sky Sport Italia, have agreed a transfer deal worth €3 million for Italian goalkeeper Ivan Provedel. The player also accepted the offer on personal terms for a three-year contract, but the transfer will be formally completed after a medical scheduled for next week.
The Nerazzurri are looking for a new first goalkeeper this summer after Yann Sommer left at the end of his contract. After talks between the two teams, Provedel is considered a strong candidate to compete with Josep Martinez for the Inter posts this season.

He underwent surgery for a glenohumeral ligament lesion with implications for the glenoid labrum, which required four to five months of rest — which is why he is only expected to return to the pitch come August.
There was also interest from Juventus for the goalkeeper, according to earlier reports, but Provedel's agent admitted he has been an Inter supporter since childhood, adding flavor to the transfer paperwork.
Inter fans and officials will now await the results of the medical before officially announcing the completion of the deal.
