'Mosquera got through': Sneijder and Blind believe there should be a second yellow in the Champions League final

Wesley Sneijder and Danny Blind insist that Cristhian Mosquera should have been given a second yellow—and eventual red card—after causing a penalty against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final.
Wesley Sneijder and Danny Blind maintained that Cristhian Mosquera should have been given a second yellow—and subsequent red card—in the Champions League final against Paris Saint‑Germain (PSG). Arsenal's 21-year-old right-back scored the penalty for PSG while already having a yellow card.
Early in the second half, Daniel Siebert gave Mosquera a yellow for wasting time. Moments later, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia went down when Mosquera collided with him inside the box—a situation that prompted a strong appeal from PSG for a second yellow. The German official did not insist on this.

"He got through there on the red. This is the second yellow, that's it," said Sneijder as an analyst on Ziggo Sport, referring to the incident that resulted in the penalty.
Danny Blind agreed. "Yes, he hit from behind. A foul. After the first yellow, he was the player who should have been replaced. He really had no answer to Kvaratskhelia. And it's not about Jurriën Timber—but Mosquera here could have been red," said Blind.
Blind added, Mosquera has been the weakest part of Arsenal's defence. "You know Mosquera's not a natural fullback. He's not that marketable either. It's a card and a penalty," he said, emphasizing what he sees as a series of lapses on the right side of the Gunners' defence.
