The 24-year-old winger/forward has just one year left on his contract at Camp Nou and Barcelona are still trying to tie him down long-term. However, if Torres chooses to act, he will hold the reins of the conversation due to his contract situation. According to the GFFN, interest in the former Valencia star is "growing stronger."
On PSG's side, the current transfer window is focused on potential departures.
