Cosenza's future may be about to change. According to a TgTen report, Gruppo Rota — a prominent business group from the Calabria region — has officially filed an offer to buy all of the team's shares currently owned by Eugenio Guarascio.
The transition from a simple expression of interest to formal negotiations was sealed by a PEC signed by the group led by Vincenzo Rota, known as the patron of Salumificio San Vincenzo. The submitted document includes a concrete financial proposition and a detailed industrial plan that has been handed over to current ownership advisors.
