Free FIFA World Cup 2026™ Tickets, Given to Airbnb Guests in Host Cities

Select Airbnb hosts in World Cup 2026™ host cities are offering free tickets to guests who book a stay—a unique perk for football fans.
Airbnb has unveiled a new promotion for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, where select accommodations in all 16 host cities come with free game tickets to the World Cup itself. This is a new hope for football supporters who want to follow their team from the group stage to the final with premium seating and a great view of the pitch.
According to Airbnb, the average price of these bookable homes will be around $385 USD per night throughout the contest period. The aforementioned accommodations are easy to spot because the football icon is featured and 'free tickets' are highlighted on the booking page. Once a stay date, number of guests, and payment details are entered, a ticket is automatically included for each registered guest.

"Airbnb hosts are not just offering accommodation, but a true destination experience with something extra this World Cup: free tickets so fans can really follow their favorite teams," said Dave Stephenson, Airbnb's Chief Business Officer. Once the reservation is confirmed, the host will provide details on how to obtain the tickets.
For the hosts, this is a big deal as they are part of the biggest football event in the world. "I grew up playing soccer — it's been a part of my life since then. It's a different feeling to be able to share the passion for the game and bring the guests to the match itself. This is the true spirit of hosting," said Federico Zimmerman from Dallas, Texas.
In total, Airbnb has given out more than 1,300 free tickets to guests—from surprise tickets during the group stage to stays that will be included in the upcoming knockout rounds and the grand final itself. In hosting the World Cup 2026™, Airbnb is bringing fans closer to the action, including exclusive fan experiences and free ticket perks on select stays.
